A: Idaho Forest Group (IFG) is the largest supplier of lumber in the Intermountain West, with five facilities in North Idaho.
A: We make a wide variety of lumber products to fit customer needs. We buy logs, trees and timberland from public and private sectors, where our foresters work with landowners and logging contractors to procure timber. Logs are delivered to our yards, scaled and fed into our mills. We use the best technology to optimize the value of every log. Lumber is kiln-dried, then checked by skilled graders to meet industry and customer standards.
A: We have five locations in Idaho: Chilco, Grangeville, Laclede, Lewiston and Moyie Springs, with headquarters in Coeur d’Alene. Our mills are strategically located to take advantage of the high quality timber that grows in the Intermountain West.
